I've been using this code for over 6 years, and now it's being an incredible performance bottleneck. Apparently w3c is not serving that DTD right now, so my code sits and waits (and waits) for the DTD. It eventually proceeds, but I'm guessing nothing's really being validated in the end.

To get the little fn-combo keys working for volume, brightness, music control, I had to add "acpi_osi=Linux" to the boot command line in grub.
