Movies I'd Rent, But My Friends Probably Wouldn't Watch

Most of these movies I've found while watching movie channels in the early hours of the morning. Most are drama, and some a bit strange with very raw cinematic techniques.

All Over Me (1997)

I've actually not seen this entire movie yet, I've seen most of it. I'm looking for a good place to rent this, or maybe I'll watch for it on Cinemax or Showtime again.
This movie is about two young girls living in New York City who drift apart as each tries to find their sexuality. Events pivot on a murder in the community.

Shopping (1994)

This movie has a great scene with good music. It's set in the chaotic near future where kids steal cars and smash them into department stores for fun. Jude Law and Sadie Frost star in this one.

Angel Baby (1995)

A couple meet in a psychiatric clinic and set out to live together on their own. She becomes pregnant, and the hormone imbalances make it even harder on the already neurotic couple.

Chasing Amy (1997)

This is a great movie from Kevin Smith about a guy who falls in love with a beautiful lesbian against his best friends wishes.

Clerks (1994)

Clerks is Kevin Smith's first movie! He features characters working in a convenience store and a video store. We follow their antics through the course of a day. Anyone who's worked retail before can identify with these characters.

Party Monster (1998)

Party Monster is a documentary about Michael Alig and the New York Club Kids.

Kids (1995)

Foxfire (1996)

The Ice Storm (1997)

Party Girl (1995)

The House of Yes (1997)

Two Girls and a Guy (1997)
